  • Once detail info is received from store expect a call from WTU within 48 business hours to schedule

  • Once scheduled expect technician to call you half hour before arrival

  • Expect technician to discuss each opening with you and provide input on the best treatment for the window

  • Once detail is complete store will have measurements within 24hrs

Projects

  • Once product is sold and ready office will call within 48 business hours to schedule time and date for install.

  • Once scheduled expect technician to call you half hour before arrival

  • Installer will complete installation with professionalize

  • Once install is done office will make follow up call
